Dale Street Deli

Cotswold Producers Go Continental

Salami, prosciutto, pate, chorizo. - our deli counters wouldn't be the same without them and we English love eating them. It's a shame they have to travel all the way from France, Spain and Italy.
At Dale Street Deli we are changing that by taking the best local meat and using traditional curing techniques to create our very own deli range which we hope you will love.

We use Pork from Old Farm Dorn, just a few miles away, and breeder of the wonderfully named (and delicious) Glamrock pig. For those interested in knowing, Glamrock pigs are bred from a Gloucester Old Spot sow and a Hamrock boar. A Hamrock is a Hampshire Duroc cross - happy now?

Buying from us
You can buy directly from us, or catch us at one of the many food fairs we attend around the region. We also supply to several of the local deli's, farm shops and restaurants.
If you live too far away you will be delighted to know we will soon be able to post you packs of air dried ham, salami and chorizo. See our produce page for details.
